What inspired the start of the Learn+Earn program?
The program was inspired by the resilience of the Ukrainian children amidst the war. Seeing the immense need for educational support as these children returned to school post-COVID, our founders, Elle, Hope, and Kate, were motivated to use adaptive learning apps to help bridge the learning gap caused by disrupted school years.

How does the Learn+Earn program work?
The program utilizes adaptive learning apps to tailor education to the needs of Ukrainian refugee children, helping them catch up on math and English three times faster. Additionally, it includes an incentive aspect where students earn a financial reward for their consistent effort in learning, which helps in maintaining their motivation.

Why is there a focus on both learning and earning in your program?
After three disrupted school years, there are significant gaps in the children's learning which we address with tailored educational content. The earning aspect is introduced to combat the lack of motivation amongst children affected by the war, providing them with a tangible reward for their dedication to education.
